As a division of Hosokawa Micron, Hosokawa Custom Processing Services (HCPS) was established to provide customers with direct access to material processing without the need to purchase equipment. Instead of buying new machinery, clients can ship materials directly to our advanced 50,000-square-foot facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina, where our team expertly handles processes such as size reduction, classification, and blending.
Our on-site analysis capabilities ensure precise particle size and characteristics, providing unmatched quality control. HCPS operates as a vital member of the global Hosokawa network, supporting customer growth, innovation, and material processing needs with flexible, cost-effective solutions.

Technical Expertise: Over 100 Years of Innovation in Powder Processing

With a century of experience and thousands of installations worldwide, Hosokawa Micron is uniquely qualified to support customers in application development and systems design. Our main Engineering and Manufacturing center is located in Summit, New Jersey, where all feasibility testing for clients is completed. Senior staff members, each with over 20 years in the industry, work alongside a talented team of over 80 professionals dedicated to the design and manufacture of our extensive product line.

The Goldsboro facility marks a new chapter in Hosokawa’s commitment to customer success. Managed by experienced personnel with deep expertise from our Summit, NJ, operation, the new facility is designed to meet increasing demand with expanded capabilities. Our Goldsboro team includes key operators relocating from Summit, as well as new, locally trained professionals from Wayne County, North Carolina. With the expanded services available here, HCPS can now support more customers with customized, reliable processing solutions.
