To further our commitment to supply unparalleled processing services for the North American Market, we have opened a new 50,000 SF processing center in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Hosokawa operates five major processing centers globally to serve our customers. Facilities in the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands provide a wide variety of processing services for the Food, Chemical, Mineral, Polymer and Plastics Industries.
Hosokawa Custom Processing Services LLC is a new Company dedicated
to providing only high-quality processing services. Our customers can now confidently rely on us to execute the processing of their materials for them. This Service provides the flexibility to our customers to develop and produce new products without the major Capital investment involved in purchasing, installing, and operating their own equipment.
Hosokawa has been in contract processing for more than 20 years. That
experience backed by the knowledge of our equipment and systems business has allowed us to provide superior services for the development and processing of a wide variety of materials for our customers. All new projects start off with feasibility testing on our pilot scale equipment. From these results we can provide accurate information regarding the quality of the product we can produce, and the capacity and costs associated with the
project. Our Management at HCPS has combined industry experience of 35 years and 50% of our technicians and operators have more than 10 years of experience operating the various systems installed at our Goldsboro facility.
The new Goldsboro processing facility marks a new chapter in Hosokawa’s commitment to our customer base. Managed by experienced personnel, the new facility is designed to meet expanded processing requests. In addition to multiple Size Reduction technologies, we now offer blending, screening and packaging capabilities. The installation of larger processing systems has also allowed us to handle larger quantities of materials. With the new facility and expanded capabilities, Hosokawa Custom Processing Services can provide customers with tailored and reliable processing solutions.
