The HCPS Team specializes in process development - helping you identify the most efficient solution for short-term batch processing to long-term continuous manufacturing. HCPS facility features multiple processing systems for size reduction, blending, granulation, and screening. On-site analytical services are available for particle size measurement and particle characteristics analysis. The new location includes:

• Jet Milling systems for the micronization of chemical and mineral powders to 10 microns top size or less with capacities from 5,000 up to 200,000 lbs. per month.
• Air Classifier Milling Systems for the size reduction of chemical and mineral powders to 45 microns or less with capacities of up to 100,000 lbs. per month.
• Conical Screw blenders with 35 cubic feet (1,000 liters) batch capacity.
• Attrition Milling Systems for the milling of heat-sensitive polymers to 180 microns with a capacity of up to 20,000 lbs. per month.
• Vibratory screeners for separation of materials from 10 to 200 mesh at capacities from 1,000 to 20,000 lbs. per month.
• Granulation Systems for the size reduction of various plastics to 3/16” – 1” with a capacity from 1,000 to 100,000 lbs. per month.
• Packaging available in bulk bags, drums of paper, and or plastic bags
• Full range of dry and wet analytical capability utilizing laser diffraction from 0.04 – 2,000 microns.
• Air Jet Sieve analysis from 20 to 4,750 microns and bulk density measurement.
