Industrial Wax

Waxes come with the risk of dust explosion and temperature sensitivity – even slight temperature fluctuations during production or processing can have a significant effect on the quality of the end product. The large variety of possible applications for industrial waxes is yet another factor. Whether as a coating for fruit and vegetables or as a component for siding protection, each area of application has its own specific requirements for the production facilities. In many applications, for example for printing inks or coatings, wax must also be ground to an extremely fine consistency. The Systems from HCPS offer solutions for these special processing requirements. 

The following points are decisive factors in the processing of waxes. 

• Grinding characteristics of the mill
• the desired fineness and particle shape of the ground wax
• Temperature sensitivity of the respective wax
• Field of application of the respective wax
